:: Stalker Update ::
I didn't say anything at all to him about the letter and when he asked if I'd "gotten anything" on Friday, I said, "Nish gave me a depressing letter from her, but that was about it." It'd been a while. I could've forgotten. And if I hadn't read it (since Nish and I are going to say dropped it in a puddle and got it all nasty if anyone asks), then I could've easily forgotten.
So, yes, I am evil. I am being cruel. I know. But what did he expect me to say? Whatever he expected, this is what he got. He'll deal. He'll get over it and move on. That's what people do.
I'm back to thinking (and writing and talking) in full sentences. :) How do you like the new skin? So far, Nish has found suitable skins for me. This butterfly one is the first that I found by a lengthy and mind-numbing search. It might also be the last time I go blog skin hunting. I had a horrible headache.
Me and Liana and Mama watched Left Behind the movie last night. Lemme tell you, Nicolae Carpathia is totally freaky. He's the AntiChrist in the movie and it's just scary. He seems so nice and he's got all these people fooled. In one scene, he kills these two guys. Just shoots them in front of about 20 witnesses. Then he starts (very calmly) talking about how horrible it was to watch one of them shoot the other, then commit suicide. He brainwashes the room! Everyone starts repeating after him in little murmers, "How horrible. Yes, so tragic." Nod nod, murmer murmer. And then afterward, when he fires the gun twice, everybody suddenly reacts. The guards outside the door rush in (they didn't hear the first two shots). And everybody jumps up. Some women are screaming, and Carpathia is like, "NO! They were my best friends. WHY?!" And all these men are like, "It's okay, Nicolae. They were evil anyway." And Buck (one of the main characters) keeps asking people what they saw, because he escaped being brainwashed. And everybody always says, "You were there, you saw it. Stonagal (one of the dead guys) jumped up and grabbed a gun from one of the guards. Then he shot Cothran! It was so shocking and no one could stop him! And then he turned to gun on himself and...oh, it was so horrible! Poor Carpathia! They were his best friends!"
Yeah, it's scary.
Liana didn't want to go back to her room by herself and when my dog started barking at the door with no apparent reason (it was probably the neighbors car) in the middle of them movie, I'll admit I got a little weirded-out too and refused to take her outside. It was at night, it was late, it was dark, and I'd just been in the middle of a very disturbing scene in a movie. Yeah, it was weird.
But the two books from the Left Behind series that I've read have both been really good. So now we're going to watch the movies. :)
Well, I've gotta go. Piano calls!
